All cars must have original titles for clearance thru US Customs
Original lien release must be present in case of existing liens on titles
Ensure that TLG has a current, signed and notarized Power of Attorney (1 per customer)
Print this form and attach 1 copy of each title to this form and fax to 732-981-0111
All titles and containers are subject to clearance by US Customs. Any charges incurred due to delays by customs are the exporters’ sole responsibility
Charges include but not limited to equipment per diem, export demurrage, roll charges, customs examination etc.
Transworld Logistics Group shall not be responsible for any costs or delays occurring due to intervention of US Customs
TLG allows 15 days free time, storage charges to apply at all CFS stations/Warehouses beyond the 15 days
Booking Labels required on all vehicles prior to delivery
Gas tanks must be less than ¼ (quarter) full
Limitation of damages for automobiles:

Transworld Logistics Group, Inc (TLG) will not be liable for loss of profits or for any other direct or indirect damages, and special or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the furnishing performance or use of the products and services regarding the handling of any automobile or other motor vehicle. TLG’s total liability, if any, including but not limited to liability arising out of contract, tort, breach of warranty or conditions, infringement or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of $500.00 per vehicle. Customer may, at its option, seek additional insurance from its own insurance, or obtain additional insurance through TLG for an additional fee pursuant to the option to purchase additional insurance agreement. Fees for the additional insurance shall be provided to customers upon request. All used automobiles are subject to various exceptions as per survey, TLG not responsible if personal effects are present.
